- Information intake: You provide the relevant agreements, diagrams, inventories and vendor contacts that are available.
- Environment review: We conduct remote discovery and, when appropriate, an onsite walkthrough.
- Dependency mapping: We identify systems, providers, handoffs and gaps in ownership.
- Findings and roadmap: We document priorities, dependencies and the recommended sequence of work.
- Working session: We review the findings and determine whether implementation support is needed.
Independent guidance with accountable coordination
CompFlorida begins with the client’s operating requirement. When specialized services are needed, we can coordinate approved providers across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, connectivity, voice, cabling and related infrastructure. We disclose relevant partner relationships and potential compensation so recommendations can be evaluated transparently.
From our South Florida base, we support organizations throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties and coordinate appropriate regional relationships for Caribbean and CARICOM initiatives.
Scope boundaries
This review is not a penetration test, forensic investigation, legal opinion or formal compliance audit. Remediation, procurement, engineering and implementation are separately scoped when required.
