This is commercial technology field service for business environments involving workstations, servers, networks, connectivity, infrastructure, carrier activations, vendors and operational technology.
When onsite support is appropriate
Typical work includes physical troubleshooting, network and equipment changes, office technology deployments, carrier turn-ups, vendor coordination, new-site readiness, relocations and hands-on remediation that cannot be completed effectively through remote support.
Integrated with the larger technology environment
Field service can be delivered as part of Managed IT & Technology Operations, a Network & Infrastructure project, an office move or new facility, or a defined support request. Our objective is to restore or advance the business requirement while documenting and coordinating related dependencies.
