Contact CompFlorida

Bring us the operating requirement—not a product list.

Tell us what is affecting the business, what must change and when the outcome is needed. We will identify the appropriate support, assessment, project or coordination path before technical work begins.

Choose the operating condition

What is happening right now?

Different conditions require different technical and commercial responses. Start with the business situation rather than guessing which product to buy.

Start with the requirement

What happens after submission

Qualification first. Scoped work second.

The first conversation determines fit, urgency, dependencies and the appropriate delivery model. It does not silently authorize investigation, engineering, procurement or implementation.

01

Confirm the requirement

We establish business impact, location, timing, access and the result the organization needs.

02

Map the environment

We identify relevant systems, facilities, carriers, vendors, internal owners and decision authority.

03

Define the next step

When paid investigation or project work is required, scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are confirmed before proceeding.

Engagement boundaries

Know what the first conversation does—and does not—commit to.

  • New-client urgent requests may be evaluated, but immediate onsite response is not guaranteed.
  • Managed-client response expectations follow the applicable agreement and severity process.
  • Assessments, engineering, site investigation and implementation are separately scoped when required.
  • Direct CompFlorida work and qualified partner delivery are identified before commitment.
  • Provider recommendations, dependencies and acceptance responsibilities are made visible.

Common questions

Before you contact us

Can a new client request urgent support?

Yes. CompFlorida can qualify the request and confirm current availability. Submission does not guarantee immediate remote or onsite response.

Can CompFlorida work with our internal IT team or existing provider?

Yes. Work can be structured around local execution, carrier coordination, infrastructure, evidence collection or a defined responsibility that supports the existing team.

Why is pricing not shown as one fixed amount?

Site access, urgency, geography, systems, vendors, risk and the evidence required can materially change the scope. Commercial terms are confirmed before paid work proceeds.

Where does CompFlorida deliver services?

Onsite delivery is centered on Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. U.S. multi-location and Caribbean requirements are evaluated by scope and may use qualified regional partners.
